Dedicated to cultivating the next generation of female entrepreneurs by connecting opportunities and bridging gaps.

boss + co. is an initiative founded and run by female business owners based on the island of Curaçao. We aim to shape the upcoming generation of female entrepreneurs by using not just their experience but also the networks they have built up over the years.

We host a variety of events, classes and workshops designed to push future entrepreneurs forward, but also to connect existing entrepreneurs. We work alongside organizations on projects that require experience in our respective fields. We aspire to partner up with more companies and/or individuals who share our dedication in seeing the (young) entrepreneurial community thrive.
